Kingdom Network Connections

Being the driving force of church unity and connection between leaders, we believe God has great things to accomplish for churches in Taiwan. As we learn to love one another and grow in unity, we long to see God continue to work among us!

Trip of Grace and Favor for Leaders of Two Generations, Singapore

In this trip of Grace and Favor, the leaders were able to get good rest physically and spiritually. The pastors experienced deeper connections with one another, and there was unity between the pastors of both generations, as they communicated and interacted during this blessed time together. We believed this was truly the work of God! It was a defining moment where all the churches in Taiwan were connected, really becoming a family and moving towards the next milestone together. During this trip, Pastor Nathaniel Chow led the pastors in meditation and prayer with Psalm67. The trip was filled with God’s Word and Light which inspired the pastors to walk in unity, and we saw, with deeper revelation, the Kingdom of God and the future of Taiwan.

Psalm 67 English Standard Version (ESV)
May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face to shine upon us, Selah
that your way may be known on earth, your saving power among all nations.
Let the peoples praise you, O God;let all the peoples praise you!
Let the nations be glad and sing for joy,for you judge the peoples with equity
and guide the nations upon earth. Selah Let the peoples praise you, O God;
let all the peoples praise you!
The earth has yielded its increase; God, our God, shall bless us.
God shall bless us;let all the ends of the earth fear him!
It is God’s desire for the two generations to work in unity to accomplish what He has entrusted us, and we believe that this was only the beginning. God has greater works for us, and there will be greater Rain of Grace in Taiwan, deeper relationship between the two generations, and a greater sense of unity and love among us. As the old leads the young generation, the young honors the old generation, God’s Kingdom is coming to Taiwan with Power.

-Bread of Life Christian Church in Shilin, Pastor Liu

The older leaders’ passion for church building was evident to me as we fellowship with one another. Their ministries and servings have brought harvest, which they are willing to share with others. They are also willing to share the journey God has taken them; at the same time helping the younger pastors bring their ministries to fruition. I also see various qualities in the younger pastors, and I appreciate the unique ways God uses them. I’ve learned a lot from them hearing about their thoughts and ministries. I hope to see new growth in our ministries, building on from the foundation of the previous generation.

Asia for JESUS Leaders’ Retreat

Every year we host Leaders’ Retreat, inviting pastors’ families from all over Taiwan to experience a time of rest together, to build relationship, and to receive wisdom that comes from the Lord. This is also the time to know the heart of the Father to His children, refocus our thoughts on Him, and continue on this spiritual journey. In 2017 there were 28 families, 85 adults and 23 children who attended Leaders’ Retreat. The theme this year was “Two Generations Together” and “Dreaming with God”. Through values of “Kingdom Culture”, we hoped to share with the leaders a healthy view of the church, ministries and lives in the homes, so that they would be blessed with new anointing and revelations, thereby living out God’s callings for them.
In 2018 the theme of the Leaders’ Retreat would be “marriage”. We hope to see God bring transformation and breakthrough in people’s lives through family values.

Our church is currently learning about healthy relationships. If I want to complete you, I need to confront you. It’s not easy for me, but a healthy relationship is not about avoiding problems, but solving problems. The goal is to complete you, not using you to get what I want.

-Pastor Eva, Toufen Home Church

Kingdom Culture has helped to “Love to the End”, especially when it comes to family and marriage. Family is the most important unit in the church, and through Kingdom Culture values I received not just anointing for ministries but also new perspectives of family relationships. We are introducing a new kind of lifestyle to the church; believing that as long as our family relationships are healthy, we can really serve in our ministries well.

-Pastor Cheng , Wu Chang New Millennium Church

I was still living in my own generation, not considering the younger ministers, and I saw them purely from my perspective. As they shared about the struggles between the two generations, I realized I need to realign my thoughts and try to see from their perspectives. Instead of judging them through values of my time, I need to see what these people are like, what they do, and what they are busy with. I need to stand in their shoes to see the world through their eyes. This opportunity helped me a lot.
